The August Flower Press: Professional Size
The August Press flower presses are now back in stock and ready to order!
The Pro August is a professional-level press with a large 12” x 14” surface area. It is heavy and built to exert significant pressure on your flowers, one of the secrets to successful drying and beautiful results.
Made with 18mm milled Baltic birch, waterproof clear poly faces, and embossed with our signature flax flower design, our flower presses are built strong and tough to withstand the pressure needed for efficient, colourful flower pressing.
Your press arrives flat-packed and unassembled, with everything neatly organized and ready to go. You'll find easy-to-follow assembly instructions inside, along with all the hardware you need to put your press together.
Assembling your own press helps me ship your order with fewer shipping complications while giving you a better understanding of how your flower press works. It's also a great opportunity to become familiar with its use and maintenance from the very beginning.
The press features 6” steel bolts, nuts, washers, and easy-to-use knobs. Its generous height and sturdy construction allow you to press plenty of flowers at once.
The absorbent layers inside the press have been carefully curated to give you the best opportunity for success from your very first pressing:
2 felted wool sheets
20 thick chipboard sheets
a stack of paper to get you going
Important note:
Presses start shipping out October 16th. Orders placed on the 16th and beyond will ship 5–7 days after you order.
Shipping:
Porch pickup (free!), local delivery ($15), and shipping across Canada ($30) and the USA ($45) are available.
Our presses are sturdy and heavy to give you the best opportunity for success when pressing flowers. Shipping costs reflect this weight, and our new flat-pack approach helps make shipping more manageable.
